Annealing process of silicon steel sheet

The temperature of silicon steel sheet during annealing should not be too high or too high. Too high temperature will affect the insulation coating or make the lamination bonding. Generally, the temperature of oriented silicon steel sheet is about 800 ℃, and that of non oriented silicon steel sheet is about 700 ℃, and the protective atmosphere in the furnace is strictly controlled to be non oxidizing atmosphere during annealing.

The best choice is hydrogen nitrogen mixture containing 2-10% hydrogen. The addition of a small amount of hydrogen can ensure that the iron core lamination is not oxidized. The dew point of protective gas should be below 0 ℃.
